Requirements upon arrival at the experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. When arriving at the experience, you must be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

LIABILITY

As a working farm, we have a variety of farm animals, plants and machinery that visitors will come in contact with. We provide advice about how to enjoy your visit safely. However all contact with farm animals, plants and machinery involves some degree of risk. In booking an activity on the farm you acknowledge that you understand that there are risks associated with farm animals, plants and machinery and that you are willing to take part at your own risk and are agreeing that any minors accompanying you take part at your own risk. You also agree avoid any actions that put animals or people in danger during your visit (for example - chasing animals, sitting on animals without permission or attempting to engage animals in play-fighting).

Sales and delivery

The experience ticket and order confirmation are always sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket is transferred to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

When you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket is always sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly and get help.

VAT

All prices on Den lille store gården are stated in NOK and include VAT. Exceptions are experiences that, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT, cf. the rules of the VAT Act.

EXPERIENCE GIFT CARD

Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if this is not observed.

PRICE AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We take reservations for price and typographical errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other email communications, and reserve the right to cancel the order if it is a significant and/or obvious error.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are the highest priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to hold the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel

Our experience manager will of course do everything possible to ensure that you can come out and experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in the event of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no other choice but to cancel. Should this happen, you will be contacted by the person responsible by phone/SMS and then by email to reschedule or refund.

In the event of cancellation and questions regarding this, you are always welcome to contact us.

Security

Through our software supplier Holdbar, we use SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are protected against misuse because you can reject a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. Personal information

• We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
• The personal information is registered with Den lille store gården and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

When you purchase an experience on Den lille store gården, we need the following information:

If you have used your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience manager. We must continue to store your name and address for five years according to the Danish Accounting Act. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent, so that you are informed about what information is collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Den lille store gården is not disclosed or sold, and we do not register any sensitive personal information. As a registered customer of Den lille store gården, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Den lille store gården via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at any time.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
