Cancellation policy
If you choose to cancel:
In most cases: You can cancel and rebook the experience up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. You can rebook by contacting us directly. Cancellations that occur less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. You can however change the time/date of these experiences up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that point experiences cannot be refunded or rebooked.
Exceptions: Please be aware that some experiences have special rules for cancellation and rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require a long preparation time, and therefore there may be exceptions to this rule. These exceptions will be stated under Rules and security on the experience's product page.
Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another party.
